  • Background Usage: Location may be accessed in the background only to facilitate automated clock-in/out alerts. We do not track your movement outside of work-related attendance events.

  • Permission: android.permission.CAMERA.

  • Purpose: The camera is used for Identity Verification. This includes capturing a photo during clock-in/out to prevent "buddy punching" (attendance fraud) and for scanning authorized office QR codes.

C. Files and Media

  • Permission: READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE.

  • Purpose: To allow staff to upload profile pictures, submit digital documents for leave requests (e.g., medical certificates), and upload receipts for expense claims.

D. Personal Information

  • Data: We collect professional details such as Name, Employee ID, Department, and Phone Number as provided by your employer's HR department.

2. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We value your trust. Your data is handled as follows:

  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your location logs, camera images, or personal files with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

  • Employer Access: Your attendance logs, location verification at the time of clocking, and uploaded documents are shared only with the authorized HR administrators of your organization.

3. Data Security and Storage

  • Security: All data is encrypted during transit (SSL/TLS) and stored on secure servers with restricted access.

  • Storage: Captured images for attendance are stored in a secure cloud environment and are not saved to the public gallery of your mobile device.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Retention: We retain HRM data for as long as required by your employment contract or local labor laws.
